To all customers :
Upon reserving any inflatable from Bayou Bounce half down payment is required the same day in order for us to reserve the equipment for you. If half down payment isn’t received the equipment will not be held. We accept credit cards over the phone , or if not (CASH ONLY) must be dropped off at our location the same day of making reservation. If credit card is used for deposit we do not save any information given and confirmation receipt is sent by text or email immediately after payment is processed. If weather conditions do not permit rental to be held on the date equipment is reserved and Bayou Bounce decides conditions are not favorable, deposit will be applied towards a rental for another date within 180 days from date of cancellation . If reservation is canceled for any reasons we do not refund deposit nor reschedule reservation.
*** If reservation is impacted by ( HURRICANE) conditions , rental must be rescheduled within 180 days of the cancellation date or deposit will be voided .
** No deposit will be refunded due to weather conditions .
** We DO NOT allow rescheduling due to (COVID) !!
* No rain checks
